Ashley Leavitt is an Oklahoma licensed attorney with a specialized practice in personal injury cases. She has worked for a number of personal injury firms both prior to and during law school. She has opened her own firm and additionally serves as Of Counsel for Aizenman Law Group.
Born and raised in Iowa, Ashley graduated from Graceland University with a degree in music education. She then taught orchestra for several years in Kansas before becoming a paralegal at a Plaintiff’s firm. She decided to go to law school after witnessing her first jury trial and determining she could have done a better job than the defense counsel. Ashley attended The University of Tulsa College of Law where she was involved in the National Native American Law Student Association (NNALSA) National Moot Court Competition and secured an Elite Eight finish with her partner. Upon graduating in 2016, she was awarded the Order of Barristers for her involvement with the Board of Advocates, she was named the Student Ambassador of the Year, and she was recognized for her Pro Bono work throughout the duration of her studies at TU.
Ashley is admitted to practice law in all District Courts of Oklahoma, the Northern District of Oklahoma, and the Eastern District of Oklahoma. She has represented countless Oklahomans who were being treated unfairly by insurance companies and is passionate about the best interests of her clients as well as explaining their options in order to help them make the best decisions for themselves.
